Staff Selection Commission examination for Data Entry Operator is going to take place on27th and 28th November 2010. Candidates who are going to appear in this exam are supposed to receive the admit card at least 15 days before the examination. Candidates who are not able to receive the their admit card before 20th November are requested to go through the regional websites of Staff Selection Commission to which they belong . Bipasha Basu 58 kg and her Dress 50 Kg
Actresses are always in news for their looks and weight for any particular films. Again one more actress is in news , she is none other than Bipasha Basu who has done something different for one ad film. She wore a dress which weighed 50 kgs, which was just 8 kgs lesser than her own weight!
The actress is endorsing Dicitex Furnishings and to promote the brand the actress had a unique photoshoot in Mumbai. She wore many costumes, with one of them weighing 50 kilos.
Says the Bong babe, "One of the outfits that I wore was made of leather. It weighed 50 kgs and I'm 58 kgs. So it was quite a task to move around with it. But it was the most beautiful outfit."

DDA 15,000 Flats Lottery -November
The Delhi Development Authority is all set to announce and start a mega housing scheme under which 15,000 flats will be up for allotment, through the authority’s usual lottery system, across various areas in the Capital.
Sources in the DDA have confirmed to Newsline that the authority hopes to float the scheme no later than the second week of November. The authority, in August this year, had said it would announce the scheme before the Commonwealth Games in September.
Officials in the authority said with attention completely focused on the Games, the DDA could not announce the scheme in September. However, with ‘watch and ward’ or the maintenance costs rapidly piling on completed flats, the authority is keen to begin the process of allotting.

Taxation of Income from House Property
Direct tax code recently has set out many provisions which would modify the provisions in respect to ‘income from house property’ which will ease the problem of determination of income from house property along with reducing any chances of litigation in such respect to nil.
Some important points are following:
- House property shall be charged to its owner irrespective of whether the property is let out for business purpose or any other matter. In other words, irrespective of the purpose of the house property, it will be charged under the same head, that is, income from house property.
- If present condition is taken into consideration then, if a inseparable building is let out with the facility of plant and machinery, it will be charged under the head business income or other income, but, according to the provisions of the new tax code, it will be charged under the head, income from house property.
- If a property is having multiple owners and the property of each individual can be determined and is ascertainable, then such shall be computed separately for each co-owner. But it should be taken into consideration that when a property is used for business or profession it would not chargeable under this head of income from house property.
