UPSC 2011 Civil Services Exam Notification- CSAT

Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) is inviting applications from eligible candidate from the age group of 21 to 30 years for Civil Services (Preliminary) Examination-2011. This year the pattern of examination is changed , now the preliminary exam is know as Civil Services Aptitude Test (CSAT) It is going to take place on 12th June,2011. Brief details about this examination are given below:

Number of Post - 880 (These posts are in Indian Administrative Service (IAS), Indian Foreign Service (IFS), Indian Police Service (IPS) other Group 'A' and Group 'B' Central Services

Age: 21-30 years (as on 1st August, 2011)

Educational Qualification: Graduate Degree from a recognised university

JPSC 2011 Admit Card Online Download

Jharkhand Public Service Commission is going to orgainse its 4th Combined Civil Services Examination on 23rd January. As per the news the admit card to all the applicants would be dispatched through speed post. There is also provision of downloading the admit card from the website of JPSC from 16th January.
As the website of JPSC was not working so many applicants were worried for the exam date and admit cards. It would be relief for all such candidates, as now the website is going to be operational from 16th January,2011.
The examination will be organise in two sittings. The first sitting is for General Studies and it will start from 11 am and continue till 1 pm . The second sitting is for Optional Subject and it will start from 2 pm and continue till 4 pm.

Shweta, Samir & Dolly Nominated 27th Dec

The finale of Big Boss 4 is at hand , so now the heart beat of all the housemates of the house is not normal. On Monday Samir Soni, Shweta Tiwari and Dolly Bindra were nominated. There are total five members in the house - Samir Soni, Shweta Tiwari, Dolly Bindra, Ashmit Patel and The Great Khali.So it would be interesting to see who are going to remain till the last day in the house. Now all are strong contenders. However next Friday one out of three nomination will have to leave the house. Samir has survived maximum nominations after Veena till now. Dolly Bindra and Shweta Tiwari both are popular. So it is hard to predict anything. Yesterday , in the house the tension of nomination was quite obvious on Samir and Dolly, while Shweta was very calm.
